In una futuristica prigione (chiamata sarcasticamente Villaggio Vacanze) è rinchiuso un criminale violento e indomabile, il quale pensa costantemente alla fuga. Che sarà difficile, visto che ogni prigioniero ha un esplosivo ben saldato al collo che gli fa saltare in aria la testa se tenta di allontanarsi oltre una certa distanza. Naturalmente riesce a scappare, ma quel maledetto collare continua a perseguitarlo.
