

Wyatt Earp, il famoso sceriffo federale di Dodge City, ha deciso di mettersi in affari con i suoi due fratelli, Virgil e Morgan nella cittadina di Tombstone. Al loro arrivo trovano l'anarchia. Decisi a non ricorrere alla violenza, quando viene vigliaccamente ucciso il vecchio sceriffo, i fratelli Earp non possono tirarsi indietro. I leader dei Cow-boys li stanno aspettando all'O.K. Corral. Il duello porta la temporanea disfatta dei Cow-boys, grazie anche al disinteressato appoggio di Doc Holliday, ma la loro vendetta non tarda.
