Trama:Da New York, l'agente Jimmy Doyle viene mandato in missione a Marsiglia, sulle tracce del trafficante di droga Charnier che è sfuggito alla cattura nel film precedente. Immediati i dissensi con la polizia francese, che Doyle accusa di inettitudine. Il boss fa catturare Doyle e lo fa imbottire di droga; energicamente disintossicato, il poliziotto stavolta chiude il conto.
