Trama:David, un ragazzo di 15 anni, scopre di avere la capacità di teletrasportarsi ovunque voglia. Fuggito via di casa, non esita a utilizzare il suo potere per compiere atti criminali. Dopo anni vissuti svaligiando banche e casinò e muovendosi indisturbato da un luogo all'altro del globo, David si trova faccia a faccia con qualcuno che conosce il suo segreto: si tratta dei Paladini, che da secoli perseguitano e uccidono i "jumper", ritenuti creature aberranti che sfidano l'onnipotenza di Dio. Arriva quindi per David il momento di combattere per la propria vita e per quella delle persone che ama.
