Nel secondo ("Isole") partiamo da Lipari per arrivare a Filicudi in compagnia di Gerardo, teledipendente inconfessato. L'episodio finale ("Medici") segue invece l'odissea di Moretti a cui viene diagosticato un tumore al sistema linfatico.
