when you see an application described "WinPE Boot" understand that it is a tool that starts from boot, you have to burn to optical disk or pendrive .iso file, when starting the machine, enter the bios settings, and sets the boot from optical disk and/or pendrive, then you can use the tool...

version 4.5.1 is obsolete, last version is "AOMEI Backupper Professional & Technician & Server WinPE Boot Legacy & UEFI v5.3.0" you can choose the version that best suits your needs, you will always have two .iso files, UEFI/Legacy, you have to know the characteristics of your machine bios and choose accordingly.
