

Il rito, film diretto da Mikael Håfström, segue le vicende di Michael Kovak (Colin O'Donoghue), figlio di un impresario di pompe funebri che, a un certo punto della sua vita, decide di mollare tutto ed entrare in seminario. Il giovane, più che per vocazione, ha scelto questa strada per poter studiare. Proprio per questo, terminati gli studi, decide di non diventare sacerdote.
