Trama:Storie di in gruppo di immigrati giunti a Milano per fare fortuna e costretti a coabitare in uno stesso alloggio. Gino, dopo vari tentativi, si dà alla malavita. Carletto diventa cuoco, Biky e Adelina fanno le cameriere, Isotta finisce invece su un marciapiede. Sante, un siciliano, in breve diventa padre di sette figli e finisce in carcere, coinvolto in un attentato al quale è peraltro estraneo.
